Almost of the work involved dealing with solutions is managed from the Solution Manager control screen. Solution variables can be charted and explained. Solution workbooks can be examined and managed; for example, you can delete unwanted solutions. Indicators (post-solution calculations) can be created and added to solution workbooks. Pivot tables and filtered lists of comparative solution values can be created. Variable values from multiple solutions can be selectively entered into *.lst workbooks (including a filtered list) where you can browse through solution variables and view comparisons as pivot charts and tables. The charts and tables include differences and percentage differences from a selected base or other solution. You can make as many of these solution- comparison workbooks as you need. Once made, they provide a very fast way of browsing through and understanding solution results. As with all VORSIM output, pivot table pages are pre-formatted for printing.
